Our provider Aborg.ca said that BackWPUp is not secure

    Our site was getting regular DDoS attacks, and was quite slow. Other than enabling DDoS flooding protection, Aborg told us to disable the BackWPUp plugin stating that it is not secure and can compromise our site.

    Is this true?
