our focus, our team & testimonial widgets disappeared

  • I use Zerif Lite and suddenly my widgets in our focus, our team and testimonials section disappeared.
    Unfortunately I’ve lost the content of each widget.
    When I’m trying to create new widgets through customizer, a message appears that there is a problem and can not create widgets.

    Hope to regain my lost widgets with the content…

    Sorry for the delay. Everything appears on your site properly so did you redo everything or it worked automatically?

    Firstly Hardeep thanks for your reply.
    My widgets were lost and I haven’t still understand the reason.
    Moreover, I couldn’t create new ones until I deleted one default widget that appeared after the disappearance of my widgets!
    Anyway, I deleted that widget and I created again four brand new widgets typing frustratingly new content…
    I was discouraged by that and I have lost confidence on that theme, although Iam not sure about what exactly happened.
    After that I also created a child theme and for about ten days now I have not any problems.

    I have a same issue. I moved my site to other hostname and I lost my widgets.
