    Hi I_Robert,

    Sorry know about.

    Try this:

First of all, try to login from another device and another IP. For example, your smartphone, but not from your wi-fi, to try with another IP.
    If works, go to
Dashboard => Stop Bad Bots => Settings => Whitelist
and add your IP to whitelist.

if you are unable to login with other IP:

    1) Remove the plugin using FTP or with your server panel (files)
    remove the folder /wp-content/plugins/stopbadbots

    Visit our support site
    https://www.BillMinozzi.com/support/

and we can fix it for you. Probably you got one IP blacklisted because before you take it was used by abusive activities.

We are in London time zone and we will take care that asap.
    Cheers,
    Bill

If you have the version 6.14 of Stop Bad Bots installed, take a look on this table:
    sbb_visitorslog
check the lasts records and look the field reason (why was blocked)

I see only my ip and:
    response varchar(5) 200

    200 means not blocked.
Probably is not blocked by our plugin.
Anyway, if you have FTP access or panel access, move whole the plugin folder one nivel UP.
    Then, try again.
Do it one plugin each time until you find the plugin is blocking.
    Same thing theme.
    Then, please, let me know.

    I will let you know…

in settings and it is now working.

    Thanks
