OUCH! I deleted ADMIN and All Posts

  • I accidentally glazed over that any posts not assigned to an author would be deleted.

    I have no db backup and the hosting company may not make backups.

    My theme and plugins are there, just no content.

    In the end I can recreate from cache but I would like to get it all back.

    Any suggestions of what I can do?

    looks like there is a back up and a restore – the restore goes back to 4-11

    waiting for tech to tell me if it will work like a time machine
