Otter Block Posts Category selection not working

    As soon as I set up a specific Category in the posts-block it shows posts from ALL categories, not the one specific category I set up in the backend.

    Hi Andrea, thx. My settings are the exact same as you have in your screenshot and in backend it shows the right post, just in frontend it shows all posts not the one of this specific category.

    Can you please share the URL of the page where this block is used? Or a screenshot of how it looks on the frontend?

    I can’t… as the page is in building right now. Strange that I am the only one experiencing this.

    Hi @kainer,

    This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    I now tested with standard wordpress theme and all other plugins off. Still the plugin shows the “post” element with the posts from all categrories mixed.

    How can we fix that bug? It definitely looks like a bug to me.

    See attached screenshot as you can see I have set up one specific category on the right but the section/posts elemement still shows posts from all categories.

    I think I found the error… It was no bug just my confusing view on this installations massiv category section-trees and my mismanagement.
