otp sms not going through,used msg91

Hi Team,

I am trying to use orion to setup otp for signup, it looks fine but when i am sending sms , its showing otp sent but its not going through , its not even showing in msg91 logs.

Please help, i have tried it with magic registration form and elementor form as well.
