We’re currently working on a clients website where they are using version 1.0.60 of the User Verification plugin.

They are using this plugin to enforce OTP login functionality.

Upon updating to 1.0.67, despite having OTP enabled, the login no longer mentions OTP and requests a username/password.

They are also using MemberPress with their login on URL ‘/login/’.

Any suggestions on how we can update the User Verification plugin whilst keeping OTP functionality?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi, thanks for your post.

The plugin OTP only works on WordPress default login and Woocommerce login. Right now, it’s not compatible with MemberPress. Hopefully, we’ll make the plugin compatible with MemberPress in the next release.

Hi @azizulraju, just wondering whether the User Verification plugin has been updated to be compatible with MemberPress yet?
