    Thanks for your reply.
Sorry, it has been a while since I asked my question and I was trying other plugins.
The image you sent me is not the behavior of your plugin, but the screen of the [OTP] plugin of the [Login/Signup Pupup] developer.
I have now reverted back to your plugin, so please access it again from the link I wrote and take a look.

    Hi @kirihito,
You’re right! Indeed there is an issue.
Our team is currently working on this, and they’ll update the plugin asap.

    Thank you for your response!
I tried it as soon as possible.
However, the OTP input field is still not displayed.
I’ve changed the plugins to Woocommerce and User Verification only, and I’ve also changed the theme to
I changed the theme to [Twenty Twenty-Three], but it is not displayed.

We’ve already solved this issue! Are you using a cache plugin? If so, please deactivate the plugin and give it a try.

Hmmm… .I was using WP Rocket and had it turned off.
I have even turned it on temporarily and cleared my cache and browser cache.
    But it’s not showing up.
When I look at the developer tools, display: none; should switch to display:block, right?
However, the CSS doesn’t seem to switch properly in my PC browser.
I think my site’s User Verification settings may be wrong. I will take another look at the settings, though: ….

@kirihito Revoke any credentials that you sent them. @azizulraju made a mistake.

While I know your support person had the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.

    @azizulraju

I sent an email to Mr. Hasan of your company on June 7 to have this matter resolved.
I sent the email under the name Kirihito, which is the same name as my forum user name here.
The subject line is [OTP field is not displayed in Woocommerce Login Form].
If you check your mailbox with my username Kirihito in the subject line, you will see it.
    Thank you in advance.
In case you are wondering, this matter has been resolved.
You and Mr. Hasan said that the latest version is 2.0.14, but the truth is that 2.0.15 is the resolved version. So I updated to that and it solved the problem.

Just to be clear, I would like to say a few words.
First of all, I would like to thank you for always keeping this forum serviced and maintained.

I was not asked by azizulraju to send user information on this matter, but rather, at my own discretion, I said so on this forum.
    I apologize for any misunderstanding.
I recognize that neither azizulraju nor PickPlugin have said or done anything that is problematic for me.
If anything, the login information was unnecessary for them and they ultimately resolved the issue without it.

Hi @jdembowski, Sorry for the mistake, Our support team member was long vacation and didn’t know that issue was already resolved 11 days ago. that’s why he replied as a follow-up.

Dear @kirihito, I really appreciate your help. Don’t worry, we will create a new support account for Azizulraju.

Anyway, if you love our support and plugin please help us by submitting a review here.

I really appreciate your help. Don’t worry, we will create a new support account for Azizulraju.

No, you 100% will not and if you do, all your accounts related to this plugin will be banned and I will ask if plugins can close all of your plugins.

That support person was banned for cause and your statement is completely wrong.

Do not do that. All of the plugins support people for this plugin will be banned if that happens.
