We have a woocommerce site where a registered account is required to purchase items. Loginizer 1.7.7 (Security PRO Version) is used in the registration process.

Using 2FA with an OTP email delivered to registrant’s address. OTP passcodes can be delivered to most addresses, but if a gmail address is used, the OTP is not received.

The site is configured with Sendinblue to deliver site emails. I can send site emails to gmail addresses, and usually are received. But having a problem with OTP emails.

Are there any suggestions or settings in Loginizer that I can look into?

    Hello @jeffreysmith1500

Sorry for the delay in response. And I am sorry that I can’t resolve your issue here because the issue you are facing is related to a Pro feature and creating threads related to Pro versions is forbidden here. So I would request you to create a ticket here https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php?topicId=16

And no Loginizer doesn’t filter out any specific domain for email deliveries. I would suggest you check the logs of Sendinblue to see if you can see any Error report there or check the logs of the Plugin you are using to integrate Sendinblue.

    Regards,
    Loginizer Team
