Others roles gives a "404 not found"

I’m having trouble with custom roles. I modified the options and set the custom capability I need, but I always get a blank page when the user isn’t the administrator. Even if I check all the capabilities for the custom role I can’t see the editor’s page. Checking the Network (chrome developer tools), the error is just a “404 not found”, it doesn’t give me any ideia what I could do. Please help!
ps: I tried wp_debug and I got errors with wp_enqueque_script, nothing related with the plugin.
ps2: i’m a brazilian using my not-that-good english skills, sorry about that hahaha
