Other payment than total

  • Hello,

    We have a strange thing in our admin. The client ordered two products. The prices of both products are together mentioned by ‘subtotal’. But on the total it only has the price of one product.

    So now the client has paid for one product and wants to have two! We can not reproduce the error. See image how it looks on our admin on https://ibb.co/y60RHz7.

    Very important this get’s sorted out. It costs us a lot of money.

    Hi @martijntje,

    That’s strange and certainly not the expected behavior, but the calculation of the order totals is happening on the WooCommerce side.
    The payment gateway is usually no directly involved here, but there are other plugins or theme customizations that could hook into the order total calculation, like discount plugins.
    Did this happen only a single time, or are you seeing any way to reproduce the behavior?
