Other page not clickable

    Hi,

    Whatever category of products, there is no way to see the other pages than the 1rst one. It’s even impossible to click on it.

    I don’t know if it comes from the last update.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Thanks for choosing Neve!

    It looks like there is some text that is not visible and that is placed over the page numbers, that’s why they are not clickable, because there is another block over them, so it’s like they are not there at all. You can see it if you select the part of the page under the products and above the footer – screenshot. If you remove that block, which seems to be added in the footer, or place it in a different position, the pagination will work as expected.

    I see the problem comes from the higher footer that we cannot use if the site has a shop.
    Is there a link between this footer and the white block below the footer on all pages except the pages of the shop ?

    There shouldn’t be any connection between using the footer and that white space that appears. It may appear because of a plugin conflict. Please install the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, enable the troubleshooting mode which will deactivate all plugins and check if the issue persists. If the problem doesn’t occur anymore, it means it was indeed caused by a plugin conflict and you should reactivate the plugins one by one, until you find the culprit. Then, replace that plugin with an alternative one.
