Other languages cannot be saved

I subscribed to WPGlobus paid version years ago and installed the plugin on this website: https://www.aitia-cpa.com.hk/.

Today, I need to update the Chinese version of the website. But now matter what changes I made (after the {:zh}), they just cannot be saved or reflected on the website. Here is the edit screen in WordPress:

The English part after “{:en}” can be saved and updated successfully.

What is the problem here?

Is there because I need to pay for the premium version?
