    Hello! Could you provide an example document, preferably one as small as possible while still exhibiting the issue?

    Also, it would be helpful to know:

    * what version of the plugin you’re using
    * what version of WordPress you’re using
    * what browser and version you’re using
    * what operating system and version you’re using
    * whether you have the same issue in other browsers

    Hello

    I am using Hindi fonts in docx file so it is showing properly on our system because i have installed Hindi fonts (kurti dev fonts) on our system but when i upload anywhere then it is not showing correctly.
    You can see this:

    https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B2SmCQ1lZFn6b0x6MGs4SV9abFU

    I have used:

    * Latest Version 1.0.0 of the plugin
    * WordPress version 4.5.2
    * Browser Mozilla 46.0.1
    * OS ubuntu 14.04 LTS

    And this problem is showing on all browsers.

    Thanks for the details. The file you’ve linked to seems to be an Excel spreadsheet rather than a Word document — I assume that’s not what you’re actually uploading?

    Thinking a bit more about the issue: is the font you’re using not a Unicode font? If that’s the case, I’m not sure there’s much Mammoth can do. Since it doesn’t read the font used by the document, and the encoding of the XML is set to UTF-8 (at least in the documents I’ve seen), Mammoth uses that encoding to read the content.
