Other file formats

    Is it possible to add other file formats (specifically Open Document such as .odt, .ods, etc)?

    If I can do it with code, I’m comfortable with that, or if it can be added in as an option (add custom file formats) in settings, that would be awesome!

    Good suggestion, we’ll support it in next version.

    Same as others will have option to support them or not.

    From version 2.7 we have supported many other file formats as the following. And you may check them to support on setting page.

    Also add extension attribute to shortcode for users display documents easily.

    Default supported: pdf
    Image:png jpg jpeg gif tif tiff svg
    Compressed file: zip gz rar 7z
    Microsoft Office and text: txt rtf doc docx xlsx pptx csv crtfsv
    iWork productivity suite: pages numbers keynote
    Audio: mid midi mp3 flac mpa ogg wav wma wpl oga ogx weba
    Video: 3g2 3gp avi flv h264 m4v mkv mov mp4 mpg mpeg rm swf vob wmv webm mts
    Others: ies
