Other CSS overriding custom font

This body style is overriding all the font on my blog. I can see on inspect element in chrome that is overriding but I can’t find where to edit it.
My font should be Lato – have it importing in the head and named in the CSS. I haven’t changed anything in the CSS in a while. I just installed the Yoast plugin so I have tried removing that and not seen it revert back. If anyone could help me find where to stop this or how to override it that would be much appreciated!
