Other Answer Label only changed for first edit, no longer after that

    Really mysterious thing, i use YOP poll for a German language WP site

    rewording everything was easy, but after i changed “Other” (from the Other Answer Label: Option) to “Andere” it WORKED fine, but than i wanted to improve that by texting in what i currently use, “Andere L?sung” – but, this one is not taken to the front end anymore.

    I tried various things after this instance:
    Remove all browsing data from Chrome, refresh page – no change
    Use SeaMonkey and refresh page – no change
    Tick “no” show of the “Other” option, than tick “Yes” again – no change
    Reworded the text to something completely different – no change

    I am at a loss, how can it take the first change but no others there after??

    Once a poll is created, you can change stuff in Edit Poll screen.
    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    i have created a poll!
    However, in the Edit Poll screen there is no option to rename the “Allow other answer > Other Answer Label, this is only showing in the YOP Poll Options panel – in which i have it as “Andere L?sung” – and, as said, tried the various things yet it remains saying only “Other” in the front end, what on Earth …?

    Hello

    In Edit Poll screen there is a tab called Answers.
    In that tab there is a button called Answers Advanced Options.

    Clicking that button will give you access to the option you need to change the text.
