Other admin can log in but cant update blog on his pc or iphone, but I can fine

Same with me. I cannot update posts someone else has already published. However, I can post own new articles. Using latest WordPress app for iPhone.

Update: Still havent found a solution for this. I built a friend in another state a wordpress site on his domain with hostbaby. Its a responsive wordpress site and its pretty much finished, only thing is the problem mentioned. When I log onto the wordpress UI I can post blogs on my computer, other locations I tried logging onto works fine, my iphone posts just fine. But on his end he cant post anything, iphone or his laptop. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I searched far and wide for the right steps in fixing this prob

Have you tried turning of the caching plugin? Has he tried clearing his browser cache and cookies and tried another browser? Has he tried resetting his modem/router?

My issue was solved with one of the last updates. Thank you.

I am able to login into our admin, but none of our information is available for editing and any function is running super slow. Is this the problem any of you had?
