OSE blocks my site when www. is in url??

    Whenever you type my site’s url with “www.domain.com” it shows up a page and graphic that says i have been blocked by OSE firewall.

    but when i type in say “domain.com” it goes to the website just fine.

    This is an issue as it prevents customers from reaching my site.

    How do i fix this bug?
