Orphaned PDF Files

Hello,
We have several PDF files uploaded to our site via BSK PDF manager, but now they no longer appear on the site. We looked at the file system on the server and see that they do in fact exist in the /uploads/BSK-PDF-manager folder, however all of the filenames in the listing of PDFs via the plugin dashboard entry show that there are no filenames on the entries. It’s as if they were orphaned.

I uploaded a new document and now see that a new directory was created for the month, and within this directory my newly uploaded file exists. Might it be an issue that with the latest release, the directory structure was changed but the existing documents were not migrated?
