I installed WP Staging in production and created a staging site but subsequently restored a production backup (from UpdraftPlus) without the WP Staging plugin. As a result, I now have an orphaned staging directory and multiple wpstg0 tables. I’ve already created a new staging site as there doesn’t seem to be any way to tell WP Staging about the existing staging site.

Can the wpstg0 tables and original staging directory be deleted safely? Or is there a better way?
