Orillacart will not activate

I get this message after updating several other plugins:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/testsite/wp/wp-content/plugins/orillacart/helpers/filterinput.php on line 965
