Is this a wordpress.com site or a self-hosted WordPress install?

Hi. I created the site using wordpress (.org I think?) and then set up the hosting and redirect using a hosting site.

All I can tell you is that your hosting company appears to be Bluehost. You will need to contact them regarding any further details.
