Original is still uploaded?

I really really need this to work and have only just found it. However it worked once and ever since it still uploads the original file. Have tried deactivating and reactivating and reinstalling it but will keep uploading the original now. Has anyone else reported this and could you look at our setup to see why it’s happening?
