Original Files are empty

  • I have 5200 media files.
    After Analyze, the field Original Files display 0 files (0.00 MB).
    Thumbnail Files 30201 files (3,608.49 MB)
    Total File Size 3,608.49 MB
    Why Original Files count are zero?

    Thanks for your message.

    The current version has some issues when it comes to many files. 3GB is a lot. I’m working on fixing this for the next version when I have time. Please apologise for the inconveniences.

    @betagoo: You could try splitting the uploads directory up into several folders to reduce the file size and count. That should work. Otherwise, I’m afraid to say that this will only be solvable in the next version.

    Yes. The directories are splitted, but everyone is very large. I will wait for the new version.

    I’m sorry that it doesn’t work. I’m going to put some time into the development of the new, overhauled version as often as I can to update the plugin.
