Oria theme and sidebar issue

  • How to add Facebook Youtube…etc in the top,like demo site top menu?
    And I also want to know to disappear top menu.

    In the homepage,I click image,it will go to blog mode.
    How to make sidebar sticky,because when I scroll down,the sidebar will disappear.
    If I want to read another one ,I need to go to top to click sidebar.
    I try to use Q2W3 plug-in,but safari is not work well.I have no idea now.
    Please help me!
