Orginal Source is not working for me

  • Hello!

    At first thank you for this nice plugin. But I want to show the original source link below each post got by Rss feed. I added original source processor and drag the link in the pi[url] but it is not working. So can you please tell me what the problem is? Let me know if you want to know anything else.

    Hi sstk,

    Did you set the value into pi[] html?

    And did you set the po[] html as the value of [di] content?

    Hi,

    No, I didn’t put anything at the place of “pi[]html” where will I get the value?

    But I put the output of fulltext processor at the place of di[]content.

    So what should I do now please ?

    Hi,

    As I described, you should let the Original Source processor know which text will be add the source link at the bottom.

    So, you should put the output of Fulltext processor at the pi[] html and put the po[] html at [di] content.

    Hi,

    I did as you said now it is showing the original site with its post rather than showing only the original source link. I have attached am image of settings I used as per your instructions.     Along with this the another problem is that it is bringing the social icons along with the post text from the original post of another RSS feed and they are placed disorderly in the post.

    Hi,

    Did you save that setting of pipe and click Test in Update mode button?

    If Yes, I think it is very strange, and maybe I need to check it right on your system.
