Organizer name and venue appears as events

    Hello there!!!
    I have the same problem, like some other guys do: Organizer’s name and venue are automatically added as events!!! Fortunately, they don’t appear in calendar (front end).

    I have events manager plugin installed (and previously used) but inactive.

    other plugins, active and updated, that might be the cause are:
    1. Types – Complete Solution for Custom Fields and Types
    2. GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools

    Hi man.olie, thanks for the note here and sorry to hear you’re having issues. You’re saying that when you create an event with a venue and organizer, it also creates a separate event entry for both the organizer and the venue?

    Just want to make sure I understand the issue correctly. If so, mind posting a link? Have you already tried deactivating either of those other plugins? It’s definitely possible that one/both could be conflicting, as events are a custom post type and its possible the plugin isn’t playing nicely with them…

    Let me know and I can try troubleshooting as needed.
