Organizer and Venue Info Not Showing

    The editor who manages our calendar noticed that a lot of information is missing from the page that displays an event. Specifically, the maps are no longer showing, and organizer website, vendor address and website, are all absent on the page. I have confirmed in the example listing linked above that all this data exists so this is a problem with the template failing to display it!

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I see your site uses the Divi theme. Our team recently released a fix for this issue in The Events Calendar version 6.0.2.

    Please update to the latest version, and let us know if that corrects the issue!

    Thanks for the update Erica. However, the 6.0.2 version actually crashed our site completely earlier, so we had rolled back to 6.0.1.

    I see there is a 6.0.3 version out now; if that fixes the problems that were causing the crashes in 6.0.2, then I should upgrade, but honestly I’m very hesitant at the moment.

    Hi @mpedersen, no worries and I do understand that you’re hesitant about upgrading. To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
