Organize Series Icons (images) not saving

Darren addressed an earlier version of this issue on the blog for the plugin here.
The thrust is to make sure that the SQL database is correct, e.g., orgseriesicons (previously it might have had caps; in my case it was thanks to a move from an old site to this prefaced with wp_ )
Further, this was something that was an issue with an older version of the plugin? I am using 2.4.7.
Anyway I’ve done that. It’s definitely the right name for the database. But still, when I try to add a series icon, I go through the dialog to add the icon and see “No icon currently” along with a sort of broken-link looking box (the shape of an image with nothing loaded inside of it).
Anyone resolved this? It’s cosmetic but it’s a nice thing to have. Thanks for any thoughts!
