Organize Categories on “Add New Product” shortcode

How would i go about organizing the categories so that sub categories and sub sub categories are shown correctly in the Add new product short code? Currently all products are just shown with no way to tell if they have a parent category or not. This is an issue when you have sub categories with the same names but different parent categories.

For example;

Hoodies > Blue
Shirts > Blue
Hats > Blue
