• When the organization is entered, information such as telephone number, address, website, etc. is entered. Then when a contact is entered all of this information need to be entered again – a waste of time and space if the data is the same (which it often is).

    Perhaps a checkmark on the contact page asking if the information is the same as the organization? Or perhaps automatically put it on the screen, then allow for, but not require the contact information.

    While I enjoy the plugin and think it great, there is a lot of ‘missing information’ that is already on the system and captured elsewhere. Having to recreate the data causes the system not to be so user-friendly’ or effective.
