• Hi @iverok.

Our organization has got new postal address that is updated at Br?nn?ysund.

Inside VIPPS portal, our postal address has also been updated.

At WooCoomerce, we have also updated the postal addresses.

When we order stuff, we do still see our old postal address if you open the receipts of the order inside the VIPPS apps for our current “salgsteds number”.

According to VIPPS support 1st line, they states that the “salgsteds number” innherits the organization postal address from Br?nn?ysund, meaning that it is the Checkout for VIPPS plugin that might send the wrong postal address to VIPPS.

Can you confirm if the plugin reads the Store Address in the WooCommerece under the General Tab of WooCommerce Settings?

If that is true, we might have an bug here ??

    Thanks for you help.

    Best Regards

    Horgster

The receipt data sent to Vipps doesn’t contain the store address at all, just order line and freight data. The store address is also not used when creating orders. It may be used to calculate shipping (when using static shipping) but this is also not sent to Vipps.

This is the Receipt api used: https://developer.vippsmobilepay.com/api/order-management/#tag/Receipt — as you can see, there is no address info there.

Where exactly do you see the wrong address? I just checked an example receipt for a test order for our own account; and there the address actually has been updated after our own move.

    Hi!

Thank you for your kind and quick verification on this matter.

    1. Open the VIPPS app.
    2. Navigate to one of your current order confirmation inside the VIPPS app.
    3. Open the order.
    4. Scroll to bottom, there you will se
    #xxxxx – Comany Name
    Org.nr xxxxxx MVA
    Register of Buisness Enterprises
    Name – Postal Address.

Yes, that’s where I looked. The plugin does not send this data to Vipps at all, so I have to refer you to Vipps to get this checked out.

FWIW, our address *have* changed in this view, so that’s probably how it is supposed to work when changing in brreg. Maybe there is some caching involved.
