Organic Team Members Titles Hidden Under Pictures

    Hi there,

    Our Organic team member widget looks great, except when you first load the page our team members names are hidden underneath the pictures below them. When you drag the browser around, the pictures are re-sorted and the titles come out of hiding. You have to do this a couple times to make every title visible.

    Would this be something having to do with the underlying code? Or is this something I can change with the widget preferences?

    Hi Katherine,

    Thanks for reaching out. In the most recent plugin version, we updated the masonry.js script that handles the layout for team members. Updating the plugin should resolve the issue. However, if it persists, let us know and we’ll look into another solution.

    Hi there,

    I’ve updated the plugin, but now I can’t edit the widgets to ‘hide’ the content of the pages. Is that something that I can fix?

    Hi @katherinerudzki,

    Did you get this resolved? I’m not seeing the team member content on the page.

    You can hide the content using CSS, or you can upgrade to the pro version, which includes options to hide/display various sections for the widget.

    Hi,

    I did get the original problem resolved (for some reason our Organic Builder Pro widget was deactivated) but now the page has team members dangling in separate rows aligned to the left. I’ve tried adjusting widths and margins and changing the number of team members in each row and nothing has worked.

    Not sure what else to try at this point, is this something you can help with?
