Organic profile: selecting image sends home

I am using the organic profile on one of my pages. I was working on the English version and it worked fine. Then I saw there is a last release of the organic widget, so I upgraded (1.3.17, I don’t know the previous version number). Afterwards I worked on the French version of my profile, and now I cannot add an image. Clicking on “select image” sends me to the home page.
Coming back to the English page and clicking on “change image” sends me also to the home page. I didn’t dare clicking on “delete image”.
