Organic Profile Block + youtube-Prefetch + GDPR

  • I’m using:
    WordPress 5.7.2
    Plugin: Organic Profile Block 1.5.1 (free)
    Theme: Block Lite Version: 1.2.2 (free)

    After installing and activating the “Organic Builder Widgets” plugin, the following code is automatically generated on my WordPress site:

    <link rel='dns-prefetch' href='//www.youtube.com' />
<script type='text/javascript' src='https://www.youtube.com/player_api?ver=1.0' id='yt-player-api-js'></script>

    But I don’t use videos. From the viewpoint of GDPR, I must turn it off. Otherwise it would make everything more complicated for me.

    How can I disable the youtube-Prefetch?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We’ve recently pushed an update that should only load the YouTube script when a background video is added to the Hero Widget.
