I am trying to create a company structure using the Org Chart. I am inputting the data manually to make sure that the hierarchies are correctly represented. I am now facing 2 problems.

    1. Upon saving, the structure is changing every time and the chart is therefore displayed in a very chaotic way – with missing and misplaced items.
    2. The chart is quite wide and the items further to the right are not shown. Is there an option to include a horizontal scroll bar or some other option to be able to show the whole structure?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Dear @nellasvr,

    Thank you for the topic.

    1. Could you please let us know which version of the plugin you are currently using?
    2. Also, do you have caching enabled?

Regarding this, could you please record a short video demonstrating the problem?

As for this question, I want to mention that for the org chart, we use Google Chart, and when the chart requires more space than its width and length, a scroll bar is automatically added.

If it’s not functioning this way on your end, please provide a link so we can take a look.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.
