Order.updated webhook isn't fired up after order paid

I’ve created webhook on order.updated.
I placed test order and paid it – the order status changed from “Pending Payment” to “Processing”. But the webhook log remains empty.If I change the order status manually – the webhook works. If the status changed by payment – webhook isn’t fired up.
