Hi, I am selling some art courses and trainees can book online and pay a deposit (I am using Stripe + a Codeixer plugin for deposits). Generally, they pay the rest by giving me a check during the course. This combination does not go well in the Woo orders panel. The course is never fully paid, and I can’t generate invoices that reflects full payment. I can’t either manually enter a check payment on the order. Is there a way (plugin ?) to allow paying an order using partial payments with different methods ? Or, putting it differently, is there an order status that would allow me to enter a check payment to complete the order ?

    Any help appreciated, thanks !

Indeed, the Acowebs deposits plugin works much better than the one I was using previously. It’s not perfect, but at least figures add up both in the orders management panel and on the invoice !

    Hi @jpib

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you’re looking for a way to handle orders with a mix of online and offline payments.

Checking our marketplace, I recommend using the WooCommerce Deposits plugin that allows your customers to pay a deposit or choose a payment plan, and it provides you with the flexibility to manage multiple payment methods.

With?WooCommerce Deposits, your customers can put down a deposit or use a payment plan for products you specify. Nice, hey?

This robust and flexible tool allows you the ability to create custom payment plans, with variable?percentages and intervals. Customers are guided through the process of paying for items as they browse and checkout, with easy-to-follow visuals.

In addition, kindly be informed that if you want to try our products, it comes with a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work the way you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You can read more about our refund policy on our website here.

    Hope this helps!

    Hello @xue28 ,

Thanks for your reply. I think this plugin has the right features for me, however it is too expensive for my use, so I did not consider it. I don’t need all the bells and whistles, just a simple leave-a-deposit-then give-me-a-check-later function. But thanks anyway for the advice.
