Orders will not import

    I have tried three times to import orders using a test file.

    The plugin states that the orders have imported successfully, allocates them order numbers but the orders are not in Woocommerce!

    What am I doing wrong?

    Well here is the thing!

    Your import system only works if we put the date in American format! Weird when we are not in the UK and Woocommerce is set up for the UK.

    Hi @stevehale,

    The basic version of the plugin supports the date format YYYY-MM-DD only. The premium version of the plugin supports importing all date formats where you have an evaluation field to specify different date formats during import.

    You may please have a look at the premium version of the plugin.
