I understand no orders are showing on the Stats. Could you send us a screenshot of the Date range you are using? I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL here. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

I’d also like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.

Thanks for providing that!

I do see you might have a WP Cron issue, and you have 199 pending scheduled actions and no particularly obvious plugin I can see that would create those apart from WC Admin. I think you’re on to something that your scheduled actions may be stuck.

You can install the free WP Crontrol plugin to diagnose issues with your site’s WP Cron system. We have a guide to debugging WP Cron issues to see if that is what is happening:

Debugging WP Cron – Note that this guide is connected to our Woo Subscriptions documentation, but the advice is good for general WP Cron / Action Scheduler issues.

I recommend installing the plugin and following the directions on that page. If you find there was trouble with WP Cron, you can try clearing your Analytics cache in WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Tools, then re-importing all your historical data again.

The cron job scheduler on wordpress is disabled since the cron jobs are scheduled from siteground dashboard for a long time now.

The cron jobs in general runs perfectly.
I dont think it is related to this

Thanks for that information – for Action Scheduler, it only officially supports the default WP-Cron system. Can you try enabling the default WP-Cron and seeing if that fixes the issue?
