Orders Stopped Syncing With WooCommerce Orders

Orders have just recently stopped syncing with WooCommerce order updates. Orders are being placed just fine, but when we edit an order in WooCommerce, by removing a product, the order is not automatically updated in our Klarna dashboard. The customer is never refunded. Please help us understand why this is happening.
