    Orders have just recently stopped syncing with WooCommerce order updates. Orders are being placed just fine, but when we edit an order in WooCommerce, by removing a product, the order is not automatically updated in our Klarna dashboard. The customer is never refunded. Please help us understand why this is happening.

    Hi,

    Have you also installed and activated the Klarna Order Management plugin? You need this plugin to be able to sync orders from WooCommerce to Klarna, you can read the documentation for the plugin here.

    We have been using “Klarna Payments for WooCommerce” and the “Klarna Order Management for WooCommerce” plugins for over 10 months. It just recently stopped responding to orders that are updated, ie: removing a product, etc. (orders being initially placed are still working properly).

    Hi,

    Do you see any error messages in the WooCommerce order notes when trying to update or refund the WooCommerce order?

    Does the order total match between the original WooCommerce order and the original Klarna order, or does the sum differ?
