Orders placed by customers disappear automatically

From the screenshot I understand that orders #15822, #15823, #15824, #15825 and #15827 have disappeared.

Do you remember making any changes before this problem surfaced, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and from the dropdown on the right side, please see if there are any logs starting with the words fatal-error? Please let us know what you find.

A conflict test might be needed to detect the cause, but before going for that please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response so we can take a closer look into the issue.

Hello, there are no logs starting with fatal-error under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

There have always been issues with order numbers not being consecutive, but #15822 is an order that the customer has confirmed the purchase of, but it has disappeared from the list.

Thanks for sending the system status report.

Can you please clear the transients under WooCommerce > status > logs > clear transients?

Did you perform the conflict test as recommended earlier by Margaret? You can get more information at:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Before running it, you can clear the site cache.

You can run this test using a staging site that way you’ll not affect your production site, for this purpose you can use this plugin: WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

I understand your point, what I’m trying to say is that a conflict could be affecting the site and orders. You can run these actions:

• Clear the site cache
• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem, i.e. you can create a test order at this point
