disable WooCommerce Service then the Select All Checkbox will be activated.

Hi Ambitusa, the issue existed before I installed the WooCommerce Services plugin.
The issue exists either way.

you might check the rest of plugins to disable one at a time to trouble shooting. My case is disable the WooCommerce services solved the problem.

I have tried that and it still doesn’t work
I would really appreciate some help from a woocommerce or wordpress developer. Thank you

There was a dependency in the banner, which was oddly affecting the select all checkbox.
