    Hi there,

    I’ve been trying to get MailChimp for WooCommerce to work but can’t get any orders to sync.

    I’m currently testing with a very minimal database containing only 7 orders. When doing a checkout the new email is added to the list correctly (although nothing but email is captured, but guessing this is a separate issue). However the orders never get synced. In other words no activity shows up in the e-commerce tab. (Recommended products show up, so products are getting synced.)

    The sync completes without any error messages and I can also manually run it, it’s just that the orders never appear. What could be the issue?

    We hope all is well on your end! I just wanted to reach back out and check in – was MailChimp support able to get this ironed out, or are you still running into any issues after updating to the latest versions of WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce? If you’re still seeing any wonky behavior after updating to the latest versions, please get back to us or the MailChimp support team with your WooCommerce System Status report at your convenience, and we’ll be happy to bring this back to the dev table for another look.

    Thanks for checking in. Apparently I have received a reply from MailChimp support, but I haven’t been able to read it due to email trouble.

    Hi @simooo,

    I wanted to reach back out and see if this issue was ever resolved for you – we recently pushed a major update to the plugin that should fix a few issues. Could you please get back to us and let us know if updating your plugin to the latest version resolves things on your end? The latest version of MailChimp for WooCommerce to date is 2.0.2 .

    I am getting a similar issue – none of my orders are syncing to Mailchimp, which means abandoned cart emails are being sent out when they shouldn’t.

    The only thing that may be an issue here is that all orders in my shop have been sold for £0.00 – which means they are free – they are still orders and still need to be synced however.

    I would be grateful if you could advice me of what should be done. Thank you.

    Thanks for posting. It sounds like this might have a different root cause than the original post on this thread. For the sake of keeping things organized, could you create a new post on the forum about this issue you’re seeing?

    In addition to creating a new thread, could you also include the following details?

    – The site’s WooCommerce System Status Report
    – If you create a test product that does not have a price 0.00, do you see it successfully sync over?
    – Are these products active products in the store, or are they draft products?
