Orders not syncing – Invalid Order Id in the logs

After the most recent plugin update, my orders stopped syncing. Been using the plugin for more than 1 year now and everything was working as expected. Now, this is really frustrating because e-commerce data in my Mailchimp account is really important for our business and now I lost everything.
I disabled the plugin and uninstalled it. Then reinstalled and re-configured, and I have the same problem (and now all my past orders aren’t syncing and lost the e-commerce data in my MailChimp account and the new orders aren’t syncing either).
When I read the plugin log, I see this message: (I saw the same message before uninstalling the plugin)
NOTICE queue.error :: Invalid order. on 101 in /var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/data-stores/abstract-wc-order-data-store-cpt.php
I want to get this resolved fast and limit the exchange so here’s the information you’ll probably ask. I want to get straight to the point.
Plugin version: 2.1.17
Server: Digital ocean Droplet (VPS)
PHP version: 7.2.19
Wordpress version: 5.2.2
Caching plugin: WP Rocket / Cloudflare
