Orders not splitting since last December

    We have orders from multiple vendors and the order splitter stopped working. It’s causing some issues with shipping as they need to go to different vendors. We are using an ACF field value to split on. How do we troubleshoot this? What should I be looking for?
    We are on the latest versions of this plugin, Woocommerce and WordPress. We are also on the latest versions of our Woocommerce related plugins.

    Is it possible if you reach us through help tab on settings page? I will personally check this problem with you.

    Make sure that you have cron related checkboxes turned ON.
