    Hi,
    I have enabled the checkbox registration in checkout because we only allow guest customers. The customers and orders are synchronised and showing up in Sendinblue account, but when subscribed customers make more purchases, these orders are not synchronized and are not showing up in Sendinblue for each customer – what am I missing? My impression was that Sendinblue synchronises all orders for customers who have subscribed via double-optin, and not only their very first purchase when they subscribed.

    Same probleme here. Is there any solution. Targeted and automated e-mail marketing is not possible with these errors…

    same for me.
    I can display transactions for contacts, but not the average spent or the toal of their orders lifetime. These columns are not populated.
    Is necessary to install the CRM application for that?

    I resolved the issue with two main actions:
    – I synchronized all our contacts from woo-commerce to Sendinblue(also if we manually imported before most of them into SB)
    – I manually started the sum in contacts > settings > contacts attributes > calculated values > calculate this formula now (last step for every Attribute)

    After I select again the default “calculate this formula daily” setting.

    Hope this will help someone else with the same problem.

    It works for me too. The default configuration was broken.
