Orders not showing up

    Hi, Just started using this plugin. Had 4 purchases, 2 of them not showing in the “orders” tab in wordpress.

    The orders are processed and billed, i get the email from paypal – but it’s not showing up on the orders tab. Would appreciate help solving this ??

    Hi, can you check to make sure they appear in your PayPal account. Also can you enable debug mode. Next time the same issue happens with another buyer, check the log file and report back with any findings.

    Yes they appear on my paypal account and succesfully purchased. I turned debugging on and will update at the next purchase.
