I’m missing about 6 orders – when the person placed the order it synced to my google calendar and I have all the information there but they are not showing in my Woocommerce ‘Orders’ or in my reports

    Hi there ??

In the case that this is the first time that you are having this issue, let’s first check the following; please go to “WooCommerce -> Orders” page, expand the “Screen Options” located at the top right corner of the screen and see if you have all the expected checkboxes there checked. If not, check those related to missing information.

If that’s not the case, this problem could be caused by either a conflict with your theme or another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Let us know if this works for you, thanks!

No, it’s not a conflict problem. I’ve also received ordered since the ones that are missing. When I click on the order link in the email I received it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.”

    Hi @imagine2006,

    > “Sorry, you are not allowed to edit posts in this post type.”

That could indicate a permission issue with the user account role. What role does the user have? You can check by going to the User list in the admin. Search for your user in the list and you’ll see what role it has.

Try using an account that has the administrator role and see if you’re able to view it then.

If it still doesn’t work, go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and click on the button to “reset capabilities” from the list. That should restore the default capabilities of these roles. Then try accessing the orders again.

Let us know what you find out.

    Hi @imagine2006,
